Our clients are entrepreneurs, business owners, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and their family offices, who consult us for our ability to provide solutions to complex problems.

Philippe Mantel, Managing Partner

Philippe Mantel is a seasoned qualified lawyer in Switzerland. He gained his experience working for about 10 years in the corporate tax department of the big fours in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. As from 2015, he was an associate and since 2019 a partner of Meyerlustenberger Lachenal (MLL) in Geneva, assisting private individuals and corporate clients in all tax matters. Philippe Mantel was also an assessor-judge at the Geneva administrative Court for tax matters until 2018. He is fluent in French, German and English.

Rolf Rötheli, Senior Advisor

Rolf Rötheli has over 40 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry, holding various strategic, management and directive positions.
Rolf started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1985. Shortly after, he joined UBS AG (Zürich), the largest wealth manager in Switzerland, where he became an expert in the Private Banking sector. Rolf was responsible for the special products portfolio and advisory for UNHWI clients. At that time, he introduced insurance contracts to the banking industry in Switzerland and set up several insurance companies becoming their director.

In 2009 Rolf joined Bank Julius Baer AG (Zürich) as Managing Director until 2020. During that time, he successfully implemented a partner network for all special products globally and managed the product offering as well as the insurance business.
